Online registration is required. Payment must be complete at the time of registration to secure your spot. Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful registration.

Accommodation Information

The conference will be held at the Banff Park Lodge. A preferred rate is available for conference attendees. Preferred rate is: $199+gst and taxes- this rate is available for October 13, 14, 2026+two days prior and post conference subject to avaliability.

When is the event?

• October 13-15, 2026 at the Banff Park Lodge, Banff AB.
• The conference registration desk will open on October 13th 9:30am, and opening remarks will begin at 10:15am.

Ticketing & Registration

• All participants must register prior to attend this event
• To register you will need a name, email, company information and opt-in information for sharing contact details with event delegates and event sponsors and dietary restrictions/requirements.
• You can register up to 10 individuals via the website. If you are registering a group larger than 10 people, please contact [email protected] for assistance. 
• Name changes and substitutions are allowed but must be requested by email at least 5 days prior to the event (October 8th, 2026). To request a transfer please email [email protected].
• Refunds are subject to the CEGA refund policy.

Venue

• Gussow 2026 will be hosted at the Banff Park Lodge
• Technical sessions will be hosted on the Mezzanine level in the Summit/Assiniboine room
• The registration desk will be located on the Mezzanine level in the Alpine Meadows room
